The Method
How It Works
A face reads as balanced when its thirds and fifths sit in proportion: the distance from hairline to brow, brow to nose, nose to chin, and the width of the eyes against the width of the face. Age moves those relationships. Fat pads descend, bone resorbs at the temples, cheeks, and jaw, ligaments loosen, and skin thins. The eye reads the sum as tired, even when no single line stands out.
Facial balancing measures those relationships and treats the cause in each layer. Sculptra and filler restore support where bone and fat have receded. Botox or Dysport relaxes the muscles pulling features down. PDRN and microneedling rebuild the skin over the new structure. Treating in that order, over months, is what keeps the result recognizably your own face.
The 3D map does two things. It shows asymmetry you cannot see in a mirror, and it gives us a measurement to compare against at every visit, so the plan adds only what the face still needs.
