Jennifer is the founder and owner of Banyan & Bamboo. Raised between Alaska and Hawaii and an entrepreneur for nearly 30 years, she built this practice on a belief shaped by her own story: that real results come from working with the body rather than against it, and that a business should never compromise on service or quality. She named Banyan & Bamboo for the Lahaina banyan tree that survived the fires and regenerated, the same resilience she builds into every part of the practice.

Our Story
Banyan & Bamboo is named for the ancient banyan tree in Lahaina that burned in the 2023 fires, was believed dead, and quietly regenerated. It is the story of this practice and the philosophy behind everything we do: that strength, roots, and the willingness to adapt are what make anything last.
