What the Bamboo Luxe Head Spa Was
A head spa is a scalp-first treatment: a scalp analysis, a deep cleanse, steam to open the follicles, a waterfall rinse, an extended scalp and neck massage, and a treatment mask chosen for the scalp. Ours, the Bamboo Luxe Head Spa, ran for about ninety minutes in a private room and was built around the idea that healthy hair starts at the scalp. It was one of the most relaxing things we did, and the scalp massage inside it is the piece we kept.
Why We Retired It
In October 2026 we brought the Rohrer Spectrum laser and IPL platform into the practice, and the treatment room the head spa lived in became a laser room. Laser hair removal, IPL photofacials, erbium skin resurfacing, tattoo and permanent makeup lightening, and facial vein treatment are what we chose to grow. The head spa was loved, and it was a decision about where the room does the most good.
What We Offer Instead
- Scalp massage on any massage. The part of the head spa people asked for most was the extended scalp and neck work. Add it to any massage when you book.
- A spa day. Pair a massage with a facial as a spa day, priced about 10 percent below booking them separately, with the lounge included.
- The Scalp Revive. For thinning hair and scalp health, our scalp microneedling with PDRN is on the microneedling page.
- Laser and IPL. The treatments that took the room are on the laser page, with prices from $75.
- A gift card. If a head spa gift card was the plan, a Banyan & Bamboo gift card works on every service we offer.
